Happy Halloween!

We did not go trick or treating tonight because Zuri is an early to bed kind of baby.  Instead, we stayed home and passed out candy.  Zuri went to bed at 6:45!  We had a few visitors before she went to bed.  We hope everyone else had a Happy Halloween!!

Zuri's First Slumber Party

Zuri's cousin's, Scotty and Ayla, spent the night with us last night.  Zuri just stared at them when they first showed up.  Today, she was laughing and smiling at them.  The first picture below is an update to the Trick or Treat post.  Zuri wanted to check out all the loot she got.  :)

We met up with the Hensons (finally!) to go to Chik-fil-A and the Greenwood Community Center.  The girls all dressed up.  Here are some pictures.  We also had their pictures taken while we were there. Those should be ready Monday.

Wordless Wednesday

Fun at the park!

Since it was nice out today, Brent and I decided to take Zuri to the park.  We've never taken her before (bad parents, I know).  Because I am a picture freak, we have over 100 pictures from our 20 minute trip at the park.  :o)  It was hard to narrow down which pictures to post so here are some of my absolute favorites.  Enjoy!

 

 

 

 

 

All this fun made Zuri really sleepy!  She normally goes to bed at 7.  We left the park at 6:30.  In less than a minute, she was out like a light!  I'd say she had fun.  :)

When it was time to get dressed, Zuri told me that she wanted to wear her Halloween tutu/leggings.  I couldn't tell her no.

Grandma and Grandpa Gill and cousin Jinger stopped by for a visit.  Jinger let Zuri try out her hair clip.  I think we should have gone to Target after Michaels.  We need some hair clips now!

Zuri did not want to get up this morning.  I had to turn the light on at 6:20 to wake her up.  Here's what I found!

We decided to go to Hooters for dinner.  Zuri enjoyed it.  There was a 39th birthday being celebrated.  We were sitting right up front so we got to see it all.  Zuri was in awe!  Oh, and we saw Mrs. Stanley!  I haven't seen her since High School graduation!!!
