Toys R Us
Aunt Brandii came by tonight and had dinner with us. Then Zuri wanted to show her the car wash and wanted her to go to Toys R Us with us to get a bicycle helmet. Of course, Zuri wanted everything else too!

E+H Family Open House
Tonight was my work's family open house to celebrate the opening of our new state of the art Customer Center. Despite the weather, the event was a success!!
One of the first things Zuri wanted to do was check out our PTU®.
She was very curious about things.

There was also a photo booth. We had fun with that too!!

Little Miss Personality

Father's Day
Happy Father's Day to everyone! We had a great night last night and day today. Zuri and I took Daddy to Kabutos for dinner last night then went swimming next door. :)
Today, Zuri visited Eric, Karen, and Trevor while Daddy and I went shopping. When we picked her up, I told her I wanted a picture of her with Daddy. She told me to wait and let them get to the tree. I guess it made for a better picture. Ha!
After dinner, Papaw came by and Zuri helped with dishes!! Too cute!
We decided to go to Meijer and DQ. At Meijer, we ran into Eric, Karen, and Trevor! They went with us to DQ. Zuri wanted Eric's ice cream cone. :)

Zuri's First Field Trip AND Bus Ride
You read that correctly, her first bus ride.....!!! Ahhhhhh! She's only 3!! I've been pretty worried about the bus ride. I knew they had seat belts, but I also knew they weren't 5 point harnesses. Plus, I mean....the bus.....I thought I had until Kindergarten to prepare for that?! I asked Zuri's teacher if they wanted parent volunteers. No such luck. :( So today was the big day. I asked Zuri's teacher to please send me pics. I waited patiently (or not) for her text. Then it arrived and, guess what.... ZURI LOVED IT!! Here are the pics I received. :)

Fun Times!
Zuri got to spend some time in the pool Saturday and her cousin's open house. Congrats, Alex!! I had another open house to go to so Daddy took Zuri. He sent me this picture. Zuri and Lili!
For dinner, we went to Chris' and Nicole's new house. Zuri loved playing with Hayden and Halle in their backyard. Halle and Zuri butted heads just a few times. ;)
We hope everyone else had a great weekend! Back to the grind tomorrow.
