Team Edward

I think Zuri has been telling me the past few days that she is Team Edward (if you don't know what this reference is about, where have you been?).  Zuri has 6 teeth and more coming in so she wants to chew and bite EVERYTHING.  This is what she did this morning.

Yes, those are teeth marks.  My little angel bit me!  This is the 3rd day in a row, but the first day she left teeth marks. 

But how can I be made at this little precious angel?

Patty Cake

Zuri started clapping a week and a half ago.  Now she will sort of do patty cake.  Here's a video of her clapping and then us doing patty cake (sort of!). 

O Christmas Tree, O Christmas Tree

We put the Christmas tree up yesterday and decorated it today.  Zuri was mesmerized by it.  I decided to take some pictures of her by the tree (shocking, I know).  Here are a couple of my favs.

Aunt Lisa had a good caption for this picture:  "An Angel reaching for a star."



About an hour after the angel reached for a star, the angel bit mommy!  Not just a playful bite, she went in for the kill!  LOL  I was putting her PJs on her and had her standing up to put her arms through.  Next thing I know, I feel her teeth through my shirt biting down!!

Happy Thanksgiving

Brent and I are thankful today, and everyday, for our little princess.  She has brought so much joy to our lives.  Words cannot describe. 

Zuri did incredibly well today considering we had 3 gatherings.  She was a hit at each one, of course. 
She had mashed potatoes, green beans, noodles, and rolls.  :o)  Here are a few pics from today.

Z is for Zuri

I bought a couple of Thanksgiving onesies for Zuri on Etsy.  If you haven't visited the site, you need to.  It's awesome!  www.etsy.com  This one came in earlier this week.

The other onesie just came in today.  Stay tuned for pictures of that one. :)

I could just sit and look at this little girl all day long every day.  Isn't she the cutest thing ever?
