KNO, Pedis, Donuts, and Swimming!!!

Friday was Kids' Night Out at Stage One. Zuri always has a great time there. This time was no different!  Mommy and Daddy went to dinner and went shopping. I saw this dress and couldn't resist buying it. I love and hate it. Love how stinkin' cute she looks in it. Hate how grown up she looks!!!

Zuri had her first mani/pedi with me and Julie yesterday!  She was shy at first, but when the young girl came over to paint her nails, Zuri perked up and then wouldn't stop talking to her!

This morning, Papaw came by with donuts!!  We ate and then went to Target. Zuri suckered Papaw into more stuff!

For lunch, Grandpa and Grandma Schulz came by.  Zuri was super excited to see them!  We suckered Grandma into making Zuri a cape and a cute process sun dress for our Disney trip. We went to Hancock Fabrics and got everything she needs to make them!

Tonight was Bree's and Paige's birthday party at the Franklin pool.  Zuri was bummed she couldn't go down the slide. Maybe next year!

You'd think this was taken on our way home, but it wasn't. LOL This was on the way to the pool. Zuri didn't get much of a nap so she zonked early on during the ride down.

Back to School

I am back in school so the blog may not get updated as often!  

We had a good weekend. Birthday parties and visits with grandparents.

Happy 4th of July

We hope everyone had a safe and happy 4th of July weekend!  We started off with donuts from Papaw John on Friday!  Then we had a cookout at Uncle Gary's.  Here are some pictures.  :o)

Then, last minute, we decided to take Zuri downtown to see the fireworks.  She enjoyed them, I think?!  LOL  She was very sleepy.  No pics from that.

Saturday, we had a birthday party for Zuri's classmate, Angeline, followed by a cookout at Paul's and Shawn's.  Zuri loved their chickens and loved the fireworks there.  Most of all, though, I think she loved Molly!  :o)

Today, Zuri spent time with Eric, Karen, and Trevor while Mommy and Daddy when grocery shopping and then we met them for dinner later.  Zuri asked about spending the night so that's where she is!!!  :o)

Wedding Bells

I received a text from Zuri's teacher today that said, "Zuri says she is in love."  This picture was attached. :o)

Zuri loves Max for sure!  I sent the picture to Liz (Max's mom) and said we should probably plan a wedding!  Papaw John doesn't agree. Haha!  I told him Zuri has liked Max since January so it's pretty serious. ;o)
