Franco, Birthdays, Donuts, Pictures....

Zuri had 2 birthday parties to attend Saturday. Before Claire's party, our friend, Franco, came by. Zuri had to show off her muscles.

She also had to get a pic with Franco holding William.

She wanted to show off her Elsa dress for Claire's princess party.

After Claire's party, Zuri had her birthday dinner with Papaw John, Aunts Junie and Julie, Emerson, LB, Aunt Tina, Andy, Anne, Bri, and Zayne. They went to Pizza King Station. Zuri had a blast!

On Sunday, Papaw John brought us donuts for breakfast.

He also brought Zuri a butterfly cookie from Starbucks. He hid it so Zuri had to search for it. She was ecstatic when she found it!!

Sunday afternoon, we had Claire's family birthday party.

Claire wanted to hold William and Zuri wanted in the picture. Aunt Amanda wanted in as well. :o)

We stayed long enough for dinner - White Castle. Zuri made a chicken ring sandwich. Ha!

Before Claire's party, we went to Target to have our pictures taken. They turned out great! Here are a few...

More Birthday Fun!

Saturday was Zuri's birthday party. She had an indoor pool party at the Plainfield Aquatic Center. She had a blast! I didn't get a ton of pictures. Here are a few.

Today, Zuri celebrated her birthday at school. Zuri took in donut holes for her friends. :)

Happy 5th Birthday!!!

Our Princess turned 5 today! Doesn't seem possible. Zuri is sweet, sassy, caring, independent, stubborn, helpful, loving, and a good mix of diva and tomboy. :o)

The birthday girl requested pancakes for breakfast. She also requested certain shapes. ;o)

Ready to start the day!

We started with William's 1 week checkup. Zuri was a big help to Dr. Fox.

After the appointment, we stopped at Babies R Us for mommy. Then it was lunchtime. Zuri requested Firehouse Subs. She loves their grilled cheese. Ha!

After lunch, it was time for Toys R Us. Zuri wanted to push William's stroller.

Zuri received a birthday balloon and crown to wear throughout the store. They also announced her birthday over the intercom so people could say happy birthday. Zuri was a bit disappointed in the volume of people there (pretty much us and employees) because then she didn't get many birthday wishes. Ha!

After Toys R Us, we went home where we stayed! Grandma & Grandpa Gill stopped by. Later, Papaw John and then Tony and Breeanna stopped by. Zuri loves getting her back scratched. She asked (more like demanded) that Bree scratch her back!

So cute!

After everyone left, Zuri watched Barbie on her iPad mini from Papaw John.

Tooth Fairy

So Zuri has had a loose tooth for a week or two now. Today, I noticed that her adult tooth was coming in behind it and that the baby tooth was really loose.

Zuri has kept asking us to pull it. I finally tried tonight but it was still holding on. We were watching TV and Zuri said, "You're not going to believe this!!!" She ran over to me to show me her tooth. She pulled it herself!!!
