This blog will be about our daughter, Zuri, and all of her achievements and milestones. This will also allow me to keep friends and family updated with pictures and other news about Zuri even if it's not an achievement or milestone!

Happy Thanksgiving
We hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving. We sure did! Here are a few pictures from our festivities.
Today, Zuri and Daddy pulled the wishbone from the turkey yesterday. At first, Zuri wasn't sure what was going on. She didn't want to touch the wishbone. Then she did and she ended up with the longest piece!
After all the festivities these past few days, Zuri decided she needed to have an energy drink to keep going. (No, she did not really drink this! It was unopen.)

Pet Lobster???
Zuri and I had lunch with Grandma Newbold and Aunt Brandii yesterday at Red Lobster. Grandma took Zuri to check out the lobsters and the hostess took one out for Zuri to see. She was mesmerized! The lobster........not so much. HA!
We had family pictures in the afternoon. Becky gave us a couple sneak peeks. I can't wait to see the rest. Here's a picture I took while Becky was scoping out another spot!
Zuri loves to have me wrap her up like a burrito (aka swaddle her). She also loves to wrap her dolls up like a burrito so they can go nite-nite.
